She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rogers and Mary Rogers; her spouse Jimmie L. Proctor; and her son Melvin Doggett. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie D. Doggett (Julie) of Sterling City and Carolyn Ricks of Lockhart; and her brother Doyle Rogers of Crane. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Funeral Home (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sweetwater Cemetery (2000 W Alabama Ave, Sweetwater, TX 79556).
