He was predeceased by: his parents, E. K. Fletcher and Joan Fletcher (Bates); and his sister Patricia Ann Fletcher. He is survived by: his children, Coby Wayne Fletcher of Escanaba, MI, Tamara Ann Cardwell of San Antonio, TX, Diana Kay Roach of Midland, TX, Rebecca Sue Anderson of Mt. Pleasant, UT and Rachel Lowry of Paradise, TX; and his sister Kay Little of Midland, TX. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
