He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carr and Fay Carr (Venable); his wife JoAnn Walker; his son Toby Andrew Carr; and his sister-in-law Jean Carr.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Blum; his siblings, C. L. Carr and Carolyn Hampton; his brother-in-law Hardy Hampton; his grandchildren, James Stelzer (Keren), Andra Doll (Nathan), Tonya Moses, Alec Carr and Aaron Carr (Kennedy); and his great grandchildren, Karen, Kyle, Kaylynn Stelzer, Anika, Floyd Witsoe, Morgan Malibago, Tiana Stelzer, Laila Carr, Calum Carr and Journee Carr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
