He is survived by: his wife Amy Otts; his children, Bo Bensley (Shayna Bensley), Dillion Montgomery, Hevan Miller, Maximus Mille and Lea Miller; and his grandchildren, Aubry Bensley, Oliver Dreiling, Legend Bensley and Liam Alloway.
