He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin James and Alta Mae Brown (Cook); his wife Valera Jackson; his son Larry Wayne Brown; and his grandsons, Larry Wayne Brown Jr. and Dale Brown.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Brown (Denise); his great great grandchild Ivy Gilbert; and his sister Bennie Henderson (Gary).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephenville Funeral Home (120 W South Loop, Stephenville, TX 76401). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lingleville East End Cemetery (18235 FM 8, Stephenville, TX 76401).
