She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Hensley and Martha Pearl Scott Hensley; her husband Latham Lee Howell; her son Scott Howell; and her siblings, Wilda Basham, Louise Kelly, Helon Ruth Gann and Bobby Ray Hensley.
She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Lee Howell of Yukon, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jessica Lee Howell and Tyler Lee Howell; her daughter-in-law Maricela Howell of Stephenville; her nephews, Wylie Basham (Pat), Gary Basham (Jan), Larry Kelly (Kathy), Rodney Gann (Cindy) and Bob Hensley; and her niece Delinda Harris (Bill).
