He is survived by: his children, Scott Douglas (Elizabeth) of Desdemona, TX and Dawn Hayworth; and his grandchildren, Tyler Douglas, Tawnee Foglesong, Amber Hayworth, Aubrey Hayworth, Alexa Hayworth, Ashtyn Beyer, Jayme Duckett and Chris Rhodes. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
