She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Francis and Natell Pruett Bills. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacie (Shane Suarez) of Rogers, Arkansas and Kristie (Jason Johnson) of Keller; her siblings, Dwain (Karen Bills) of Stephenville, Carolyn (Jimmie Green) of Stephenville and Linda (Billy Powell) of Stephenville; and her mother-in-law Myrtle Whitley Steele of Stephenville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The Steele family wishes expressions of sympathy are made in the form of donations to the Basic Needs Program at Graham Street Church of Christ or to the charity of the donor's choice.
