We bid farewell to Ruth Elaine Britton in Stephenville, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Ruth Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Wittler and Elsie Wittler; her husband Duane J. Britton; and her brothers, Donald Wittler and Lawrence "Buddy" Wittler.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pete Wittler of Chewelah, Washington and Anne Clement of Marquette Michigan; her sons, Del (Amy Britton), Robert "Bob" (Diane Britton) and Paul (Jama Britton); and her grandchildren, Aubrey Mullen (Chris), Travis Britton (Trisha), Ben Britton (Lauren), Elizabeth, David and Sarah Britton. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1101 Sheppard Rd, Burkburnett, TX 76354).
