He was predeceased by: his mother Margarita Monroy. He is survived by: his father Daniel Garay; his former spouse Benda Ramos; his wife Brenda Ramos Garay; his children, Xavier Garay, Angel Garay, Ximena Garay and Itzayana Garay; and his brothers, Arturo Garay, Gabriel Garay and Fernando Garay.
