She is survived by: her husband Kyle Sullivan of Stephenville, Texas; her children, Ray Caudle, Jr. (Melony) of Venus, Texas and Rita Shirley (Gary) of Goldsmith, Texas; and her sister Tammy Willard (Robert) of Hanover, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
