She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Garrett and Jewell Garrett; her husband Buford Edwards; and her sons, Charles Edwards and David Edwards.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Edwards of Fort Worth; her sister Earlene McInroe of Fort Worth; her grandchildren, Omar Orpinel of Fort Worth and Paola Lopez of Fort Worth; and her daughter-in-law Margarita Edwards of Fort Worth. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
