He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Small (Speicher) and Everett Theodore Small; his son Robert "Bobby" Charles Small II; his siblings, Carol Small and Everett "Ted" Small; his niece Kristen West; and his grandson Kevin Major.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Small; his daughter Shannon Small (Susan Canning); his sister Diane West (Gerald West); his grandchildren, Sarah Small and Sean Major (Ashley Major); and his great grandchild Hadley Major. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, many great nieces and nephews; and other close family and friends.
