He is survived by: his mother Marlene Fugate (Shuler); his siblings, Jimmy and Jeanne; his daughters, Emily McIntosh of Weatherford and Amanda Philips (Keith Philips) of Stephenville; and his grandchildren, Kason, Kyler, Talon, Taryn, Kaden, Kaylee and Kutter Richard.
