He was predeceased by: his father Joe D. Young; his wife Julie Young; and his siblings, Diane Pierce and Larry Young. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Laney Young of Selden; his daughters, Robin Higgins (Scott Higgins) of Chico and Victoria Cheek (Doug) of Stephenville; and his grandchildren, Mark Brower Jr., Trent Higgins, Wendell Bryan Baker, Peyton Higgins and Krislynn Cheek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
