He is survived by: his mother Sara Garcia Gonzales; and his siblings, Estella Garcia Leos of Weatherford, TX, Sylvia Garcia Leos Trevino of Comanche, TX, Nora Garcia Leos Flores of Laredo, TX, Valentino Garcia Leos (Malissa) of Mathis, TX, Ralph Garcia Leos of Abilene, TX, Santiago Garcia Leos of Brownwood, TX and Noe Garcia Leos of Laredo, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
