He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mayo and Bernice Haynes Mayo; his siblings, Delores Weaver and Bob Mayo; and his significant other Desma Purvis.
He is survived by: his brothers, Don and Roger Mayo; and his nieces and nephews, Beau, Les Mayo, Jim, Mark Weaver, Mary Whitehead and Diane Maas.
