Neoma is survived by: parents, Tommie Barnett and Christine Isbell; husband Edwin Lingle III; children, Justin Whiteley, DeLeon Brown and Kaci Brown; grandchildren, Blaine Whiteley, Bailey Whiteley, Brice Whiteley, Baylor Whiteley, Sara Rush and Jadyn Brown; and sisters, Irene Bowers, Stephenville Lingle and Jeanette Lingle.
