He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel "S. L." Trice and Lucretia Self Trice. He is survived by: his wife Susan Trice of Victoria, Texas; his children, Michael Trice, Jr. of Stephenville, Texas and Anna Trice of Corpus Christi, Texas; his granddaughter Brooklyn Avery of Keller, Texas; and his sister Sandy Brister (Bill) of Lampasas, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
