He is survived by: his father Wayne Frank; his stepmother Charlene Frank of Stephenville; his son Todd (Abby Frank) of Parker; his grandchildren, Connor, Payton and Ashton Jane Frank; his siblings, Nick (Kathy Frank) of Stephenville, Kurt Frank of Stephenville, Susan Hays of Euless and Sandra Kay Rogers of Eastland; his uncle Jack; and his aunt Cheryl Parker of Mingus.
