Scroggins; her daughter Shery Hobbs Rice; her sisters, Clarice Mills, Vara Hale, Hazel Sykes and Miriam Whipple; her nieces, Donna Hale Sullivan and Jolynn Sikes; her nephew Gary C. Mills; her great-nephew Glen Mills; and her stepdaughter Cindy Scroggins.
She is survived by: her children, James Barton Hobbs, Paula VanEaton and Melanie Weiner; her grandchildren, Jacquline Smith, Scott Boyer, Crystal Ruditsky, Jeff Holland, Kevin Weiner, Josh Weiner, Alexis and Cameron Hobbs; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Savanna, Katelynn Ruditsky, Damien Holland, Piper, Darien Boyer, Cal and Garrett Weiner.
