She is survived by: her father Grover Orr; her husband Donald Oakes; her daughter Susan Ramsdell (Stephen) of McGregor, Texas; her grandchildren, Matthew, Deborah and Christopher Ramsdell; her great grandchildren, Levi, Addie, Liam, Layton and Emma Ramsdell; and her siblings, Don Orr (Zelda) of Dublin, Texas and Kay Brooks (Mike) of Paint Rock, Texas.
