She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Neal Forrest and Evelyn Forrest. She is survived by: her husband Monte Garrett; her cousin Lynn McClosky; her nephew Charles Barber (Lynn); and her nieces, Lindsay Allen (Wil) and Lesli Sharp (Rob).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel (120 W South Loop, Stephenville, TX 76401).
