She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Phelps, Sr. and Lena Elizabeth Phelps (Rector); and her son Rocky Lynn Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Weir, Sr. of Stephenville; and her daughters, Nancy Borges of California and Lori Wilson Hayes (Kenneth) of Splendora, TX. She is also survived by six Grandchildren; 13 Great-Grandchildren.
