She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Woolsey; and her parents, Banks Frisby and Helen Frisby. She is survived by: her daughter Sara Vanden Berge (Steve); her grandchildren, D. J. Vanden Berge (Olivia Copelan), Aaron Vanden Berge and Brooke Jacoby (Max); and her sister Betty Moore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends she loved.
The family asks that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to Lonestar Rehabilitation and Wellness.
