He was predeceased by: his parents, Louella Calder and Jessie Calder. He is survived by: his sister Lavera Spikes of Stephenville; his niece Melanie Spikes of Stephenville; and his nephew Wade Kilgore (Heather Kilgore) of Howe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
