He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ray Levisay. He is survived by: his mother Sue Levisay; his wife Diana Levisay; his sons, Whitt Levisay of Dallas, Taylor Levisay of Bryan and Logan Levisay of Stephenville, Texas.; his brother Glen Levisay (Laura); his nieces, Laura Levisay and Leah Levisay; his nephew Chad Levisay; and his mother-in-law Sue Neal.
