It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Frank of Stephenville, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ted Kasper. She is survived by: her husband Nick Frank; her stepchildren, Angie Blevins (Cary) and Chet Frank; her stepgrandchildren, Garrett, Allie Blevins and Brandon Frank; and her brothers, Dick Kasper and Gary Kasper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
