He is survived by: his wife Mary Worthington of Stephenville, Texas; his children, Carl Worthington (Julie) of Stephenville and Sarah Catherine Worthington of Stephenville, Texas; his granddaughter Lorin Taylor Worthington Kline (Dustin) of Bynum, Texas; his siblings, Frances Lipe of Boerne, Texas and Henry Wilson Worthington (Sandy) of Carefree, Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Dana Stewart of Boerne, Helen Eisaman of Kerrville, Jan Cook of Kerrville and Susan Hale of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
