He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Musgrove and Myra Musgrove (Little); and his wife Audrey Ann Musgrove (Cavitt). He is survived by: his children, Charlene Ramos (David) of Granbury, Texas, Dee Dee Martin (Camon) of Comanche, Texas, Gene Chambers (Sandra) of Lingleville, Texas and Elizabeth "Lisa" Banks (James) of Stephenville, Texas; and his grandchildren, John David Ramos, Jeremy Ramos, Emily McNew, Chet Chambers, Quenton Chambers, Eleshia Brown-Ebeling and Nathan Brown. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
