It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Garner (Stephenville, Texas), born in Mullin, Texas, who passed away on February 26, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandsons, Will, Chet, Bart, Jake Garner, Eric, Cheyne, Dustin Stephen, Royce and Kyle Moore; his spouse Marsha Rae Thompson; his children, John Edward (Suzan Garner) of Mullin, Dan Michael Garner of Stephenville, Gary Garner of Atlanta, GA and Lavinia Ann (Neal Stephen) of Stephenville; his stepchildren, Bill (Carol Moore) of Garland, April (Rod Proffitt) of Stephenville, Randy (Michelle Moore) of Carrollton, Jill (Doug Proffitt) of Belton and Michael Moore of Arlington; and his former wife Doris Walker Garner. He was also cherished by twenty three grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
