He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Fredell and Mazel Fredell; his wife LaNiece Fredell; his daughters, Tammy Tidwell and Tina Webb; his grandchildren, Jeri LaNiece Gill, Matilda Tidwell, Justin Ayers and Tyler Short; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Grace Dutton, D'Jay Gill and Dylan Ayers; and his siblings, Sybil Hester, Robin Neal and Darrel Fredell.
