He is survived by: his adoptive father Jack (Alicia Berry); his daughters, Kristen Butler, Kayla Berry and Chelsea Berry Regenold (Benjamin); his siblings, Robert Berry (Angela) and Becky Berry (Richard Wall); his granddaughter Kingsley Berry; and his mother Alicia Berry.
