It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Parks (Stephenville, Texas), born in Mineral Wells, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harold and Leah Damaris Leatherwood Parks; his siblings, Christine and James Mac Parks; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Hampton and Norma Parks; and also Billy Ferguson.
He is survived by: his former wife Tabitha Vandiver; his wife Lynette Tyler Johnson; his children, Janet (Howle), Randy (Cherry Parks) of Lingleville, Teresa (Gary Dempsey) of Lingleville, Jan (Johnny Howle) of Desdemona and Eddie Ray Johnson of Lingleville; his grandchildren, Katrina (Cody Brister) of Lingleville, Sabrina (Anthony Vandenberg) of Bunyan, Craig (Amber Parks) of Lingleville, Michelle (Josh McArtor) of Dallas, Dr. Kyle (Holli Dempsey) of Aledo, Tyler (Emily Howle) of Lingleville and Justin Howle of Lingleville; his siblings, Helen Hampton of Stephenville, Jack Parks of Lingleville and LaVerne (J. R. Cardwell) of Tolar; and his sister-in-law Merle Jo Parks of Stephenville. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
