He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clemmer and Annie Clemmer (Knox); his spouse Daphna Davis; his sons, William Clemmer and Clifford Clemmer; and his brother Lauson Clemmer.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Clemmer of Stephenville, TX, Aletta Halbert (Eddie) of Stephenville, TX and Randy Clemmer (Patty) of Stephenville, TX; and his grandchildren, Joe Halbert, James Halbert, Charlie Clemmer and Haylie Clemmer. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
