He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Johnson and Eugenia Poindexter Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Johnson; his children, Kellie Johnson and Nick Johnson; his stepchildren, Amy Pack and John Pack; his siblings, Lolabeth Jones, Bill Johnson and Robert Johnson; and his granddaughter Tatum Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
