He is survived by: his sisters, Theda Lindsey of Cleburne and Cindy Allcock (James) of Collinsville; his sons, Doyle Dean Lindsey, Jr. of Pennsylvania, Donavan Todd Lindsey of Fort Worth and Christopher Kent Lindsey (Rebecca) of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Ryan Anthony Lindsey of Ohio, Brandon Richard Lindsey of Ohio and Camryn Brooke Lindsey of Fort Worth.
