He is survived by: his children, Randell LaBaume of Denver, CO and Jana Matteson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kaylie Shelton of Ohio, Emily Banda (Jose) of Ohio, Nathan Matteson of Ohio, Noah Matteson of Ohio and Carter Matteson of Ohio; his great grandchild Oscar Banda; his sisters, Ann Haynes and Jane Bell (Glen) of Austin, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine LaBaume of Floydada, TX, Nadine Sultemeier (Jerry) of Johnson City, TX and Dalton Pentecost of Abilene, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
