He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ratliff and Nora Rhoades Ratliff; and his sister Fayenelle Parkinson. He is survived by: his wife Kayella Yocham; his children, Paulette Tutor (Bryan) of Fort Worth, David L Ratliff (Dave) and Meredith Buscher of Stephenville; his grandchildren, Logan Tutor, Tripp Ratliff and Alexandra Tutor; and his brothers, Roy Ratliff (Jane) of Fort Worth and Delbert Ratliff (Sally) of Stephenville.
