He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smithey of Stephenville; his son Michael Castorina (Skip) of Granbury; his grandson Michael Overgard; his sisters, Linda Gifford (Kenneth) of Stephenville and Louise Carter of Hutchinson; his nephew Chad Gifford; and his niece Shelly Dufrene. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
