He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Monroe (Bud) and Wilma Geurin (Morgan); and his sister Kathie Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Geurin of Stephenville, Texas; his children, Rebekah McBride (Steve) of Sherman, Rita Harris (Richie) of Bells and Jason Yeager (Shonna); his grandchildren, Heather Corzine, Bridgett House, Ashley Shrum, Austin May, Hogan Harris, Carter Harris, Nevaeh, McKynlee, Gavin McBride, Chris Miller, Jason Trevor Miller and Tristan Bryant; his great grandchild Brailea Corzine; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Anne Green, Don and Dan Massingill.
