He was predeceased by: his parents, Clent McNeill and Lucille Butler McNeill; his brother Everett "Mac" McNeill; his son Johnny Carl McNeill; and his niece Shauna Marie Mabry.
He is survived by: his wife Norma McNeill; and his children, Clayton McNeill (Sheila McNeill), Michelle Mays (Dane McBroom) of Dew, Texas, Franklin McNeill (Michelle McNeill) and Daniel McNeill. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
