He is survived by: his stepsisters, Harriet and Marian; his wife Ann; his children, Jackie, York of Lufkin, TX, Terry, Mike and Brian; his stepdaughter Patty Lewis of Litchfield, KY.; and his grandchildren, Felicia Tate, Ruth Anna Schulz, Deborah Edwards, Susan Marvin, Jason Truby, Kristen Espino, Ryan Truby, Matthew Truby, Jessica Stohner and Bradlee Hall.
Memorial donations in memory of Chuck can be made to the Erath County Humane Society.
