He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Wayne and Hazel Esther Fenner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fenner; his children, Rebecca Miller (Doug), Scott Fenner (Tami) and Renee Goodwin (Phillip); and his siblings, Milton Fenner and Yvonne Fenner.
