He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Eugene Mulloy. He is survived by: his mother Zelda Rhea Mills Mulloy; and his siblings, Jackie (Belynda Mulloy) of Childress and Melony (Toby Wise) of Weatherford. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
