He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Fulfer and Leola Hall Fulfer; his son-in-law Dariel Eubanks; and his siblings, Manny Fulfer, LaClesta 'Sis' Phipps, Leta Faye Crain and Viola Ruth Bostick.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Holub; and his children, Sandra Eubanks of Winnsboro, Katherine (Mike Hale) of Huckabay, Janet (Craig Jackson) of Stephenville, Teresa (J. J. Atkins) of Strawn and Larry (Kathleen Fulfer) of Fairfield, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
