She was predeceased by: her brother Jimmie Lee Julian. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Hayworth (Michael Beyer) of Stephenville, Texas; her sister Pat Brockman of Florida; and her grandchildren, Amber Hayworth of Hico, Aubrey Hayworth of Granbury, Alexa Hayworth of Olive Branch and Ashtyn Beyer of Stephenville.
