He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Raymond Rozacky, Jr. and Matilda Gorubec Rozacky; his brother Frankie Joe Rozacky; and his brother-in-law Joe Daniel "J. D.". He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Ann Urbanek (Allen); his wife Amalie Rozacky; his children, Jason Rozacky (Lisa) and Laura Krause (Koy); his grandchildren, Kole, Ryder, Hunter, Dylan, Taylor and Emily; his sister Betty Shirocky; and his brother-in-law Albert Gola (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
