He was predeceased by: his parents, H. R. Caffey and Daisy Caffey; his wife Darlene Bristow of Ackerly; and his siblings, Ralph Caffey and Noma Winton.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Caffey of Fairfield, Darla Prosise of Stanton, Jana Randles of Stanton, Ronna Frusher (Russell) of Hanston, KS, David Caffey (Shannon) of Seminole and Jason Caffey (Nicole) of Cibolo. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
