He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Church and Christine Church; and his pet Sandy. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Greer (Greg Greer); his grandchildren, Briley and Jolie Greer; his son Jeremy Church (Kourtney Church); his grandsons, Bradley Beck and Alex Church; the mother of his children Debbie Hildreth McMurry; his brother Scott Church (Stazie Church); his nieces and nephews, Michael (Claire), Skyler (Esteban) and Kirsten; his sister Shelly Baird; his nieces and nephews, Aubrea (Joseph) and Ashlea (Jorge); and his great-nieces, Callie, Layla, Cheyenne and Olive.
Their efforts and actions made coping with Alzheimer's possible. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Lamon-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home, or the Disabled Veterans of America association.
